Junior forward Cody Alcock is currently leading the Lakehead Thunderwolves hockey team in the Molson Cup standings heading into the Christmas break.
Alcock has 15 points, followed by freshman defenceman Linden Springer with 8. Fifth-year senior goalie Jeff Bosch has 7 points and freshman defenceman Jake Ringuette has 6 to round out the top four.
Molson Cup points are awarded to the three stars after every Thunderwolves home game. 5 points are awarded for a first-star selection, with 3 points for a second star and 2 points for a third.
The top three players in the Molson Cup final standings will each have their names inscribed on the trophy.
