Congratulations to Lakehead's Jeff Richards and Joel Scherban! Second year forward Jeff Richards was named a CIS First Team All-Canadian while third year Captain Scherban won the R.W. Pugh CIS Sportsmanlike Player Award for the second consecutive year. Scherban is the first two-time winner of the award. The pair were honoured by the CIS Wednesday night at the CIS Hockey Awards Dinner in Fredericton, New Brunswick as part of this week's CIS Men's Hockey National Championships festivities.
