Queen’s goals came from Mike Bushby and David Chubb. The Gaels had its chances in the game and outshot the Wolves 37-32 in the game; but Lakehead netminder Kyle Moir was sharp when he had to be; picking up this 8th win of the OUA regular season. Brady Morrison took the loss for the Gaels (allowing five goals) while Mackenzie Ball took over in the third in relief for Queen’s and let in one goal. Lakehead was 1-4 on the powerplay and their PK Unit played well (killing off 6 of 8 Queen’s man advantages); although both Queen’s goals were on the powerplay.
