- Skating improvement through high tempo drills

High Performance and Conditioning Camp
Designed for players and goalies wishing to try out for AA level teams
- High tempo battling drills (1 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 3)
- Conditioning drills to improve cardio fitness
- Contact drills to develop physical play confidence
- Read and react game situation drills
- Drills introducing individual and team tactics
- Full ice games and corrections
- Goaltender Review and practice all technical aspects
- Defensemen Offensive / Defensive responsibilities in all 3 zones
- Forwards Offensive / Defensive responsibilities in all 3 zones
Goalie Camp
Featuring Chris Whitley (Thunderwolves goalie)
One hour per day on-ice and one hour per day dryland conditioning and drills
Drills for improving:
Positioning, stance, angles, lateral movement, conditioning, tracking the shooter, controlling rebounds, reacting/positioning for 2nd shot opportunities, puck handling and passing, skating skills, game preparation.

- Defenceman skating drills

- Defending 1on 1, 2 on 1, 3 on1, 2 on 2, 3 on 2
- Read and react game situations
- Defensive zone coverage, corners, front of net, behind the net
