Total Skills Development

Skate, Deke & Shoot to Score

  • Skating instruction to improve balance, agility, speed, turning, pivoting, and stopping

  • Instruction on shooting including wrist shot, backhand, flip shot, snap shot
  • Practice shooting for accuracy and power
  • Learn the moves to fake or deke the goalie
  • Application of skills in mini games

High Performance & Conditioning

  • Checking & contact drills to develop physical play confidence

  • Offensive & defensive responsibilities in all 3 zones

Skating & Puck Control

Defenceman Camp

AA Tryout Preparation Camp

  • Designed for players & goalies attending AA tryouts with specific instruction for goalies, forwards and defencemen

  • Individual and team tactics
  • Full ice games and corrections
  • Goaltenders - review and practice all technical aspects
  • Forwards & Defencemen - offensive/defensive responsibilities in all 3 zones

  • One hour per day on-ice and one hour per day dryland conditioning and drills
