BRYAN DUCE - Associate Business Development Officer
Bryan Duce is in his second season as the Wolves Associate Business Development Officer and he is also the University Cup Tournament Coordinator. Bryan played two seasons for the Wolves from 2002-03 to 2003-04 and then was an assistant coach with the team for two seasons.
MIKE LAVOIE - Photographer
Mike Lavoie returns for his third year as Lakehead Athletics photographer par excellence. Mike has been a professional sports photographer for 15 years and in addition to his Lakehead work; has shot NHL games and AHL games (including photos for the AHL’s Manitoba Moose Official Media Guide).
Mike’s photos have appeared in The Globe and Mail, The Hockey News, and a variety of newspapers and media outlets across Canada.
Mike is a single dad and is proud father of son Mike Jr. Mike and Mike Jr. love hockey and photography in their free time.
JASON MALLON - Executive Director
Jason Mallon enters his third season as the Wolves’ Executive Director. Mallon began his position halfway through the 2005-06 season and made an immediate and positive impact on the Thunderwolves organization. He is responsible for the operations of all aspects of Thunderwolves Hockey.
JOHN PAYETTA - Operations Manager
John Payetta returns for his seventh year as Operations Manager for the Thunderwolves. He is responsible for the team's promotional efforts both on and off the ice as well merchandising, front office administration, booster dinner, and hockey school management.
In his free time, Johnny enjoys running, fishing, camping, and riding his motocross bike.

MIKE AYLWARD - Sports Information Director
Mike Aylward returns for his eighth season as Sports Information Guy for the Thunderwolves. Mike is responsible for writing series previews, game articles, feature articles, press releases, Yearbook and program info, managing the videowebcasts of home games, and promoting the program to the media across Canada.
Mike is a Thunder Bay native who has a degree in Communications from Carleton University. He played rugby for Carleton and for the Ottawa Scottish R.F.C. He also played football for the Taipei Red Lions Soccer Club.

DR. RICK ALMOND - Team Physician
Dr. Rick Almond returns for his eighth season as the Thunderwolves' Team Physician. Dr. Almond has been with the team since its inception and has been the Lakehead University Varsity Physician since 1995.
PAUL WEHRSTEDT - Stats Officer
Paul Wehrstedt returns for his fifth season as Stats Officer and second as Sports Info Assistant. Paul's brother Mike was a player for the Thunderwolves, so needless to say Paul is probably one of the most animated stats people in CIS hockey. Paul has been a stats officer and trainer for a variety of Thunder Bay hockey teams; including the Bantam and Midget Kings, the Thunder Bay Flyers, various SIJHL Jr. A teams, the Thunder Bay Thundercats, and the Thunderwolves as a volunteer. Paul enjoys watching hockey and wrestling, doing stats, and hanging out with his friends in his free time.

WOLFIE - Team Wolf
Wolfie returns for his sixth year as team wolf. Wolfie loves having fun with the crowds at Thunderwolves' home games and racing John Payetta on the tricycle during first period intermissions. He also enjoys skiing behind the KIA cars while fans pelt him with pucks during the Chuck-A-Puck contest. In his free time, Wolfie dreams of catching sheep, but he has also been known to enjoy snacking on wild horses. There have been rumours that Wolfie is considering a name change to Wolf Blitzer.
