CBC Thunder Bay and the Lakehead Thunderwolves are teaming up to bring you "CBC Wakes up with the Wolves!"
On Monday September 26th Lisa Laco and the Superior Morning team will be broadcasting a special event.
The puck drops at 7 AM for the first-ever Blue vs White inter-squad exhibition game, live from the Fort William Gardens.
This fast paced three period, one hour game will have it all, and WE want you there!
-The players will be in uniform
- Referees will officiate the game
- O Canada will be sung
- The scoreboard will be lit and music will pump through the speakers
- And the "CBC Blue vs White trophy is on the line
- Plus plenty of Thunderwolves and CBC swag to be won!
Here's what you need to know:
- The doors of the Fort William Gardens swing open at 6 AM
- Coffee and Timbits will be on hand for the first 300 people
- The game goes from 7 to 8 AM, so there's plenty of time to get the kids to school
- And yes, Wolfie will be there!
