Lakehead Thunderwolves Mens Hockey Head Coach Don McKee and some select Lakehead players will be making some very special deliveries on Thursday, Sep. 13th , between 5:00 and 7:00 pm.
They will be hand delivering season tickets to 15 lucky season tickets holders for the 2007-08 season.
Thunderwolves Hockey Executive Director Jason Mallon said this is just a small way to thank the seasons tickets holders for their continued support of Lakehead Hockey. Thunderwolves Hockey is very fortunate to have such fantastic support from the community of Thunder Bay. Season Tickets are such an important part of our survival and we thought this would be a way to thank them!"
It also gives these special Thunderwolves fans the opportunity to interact with the players on a personal basis, Mallon added.
The 15 lucky seasons ticket buyers were chosen at random.
After delivering the tickets; McKee and his players will be off to the Tournament Centre for the special East/West scrimmage game which is open to the public and faces off at 8:30 pm Thursday night.
