Mike Hammond and Brennen Dubchak have both received OUA post-season awards for the 2014-15 campaign.

Senior Mike Hammond (Victoria, BC) was selected to the OUA West First All-Star Team and was also named the Most Sportsmanlike Player, while freshman Brennen Dubchak (Kenora, ON) was chosen for the All-Rookie Team.

Hammond is the first Lakehead player to be named the Most Sportsmanlike Player since Joel Scherban received the award following the 2002-03, 2003-04 and 2005-06 seasons.

Hammond finished second in OUA scoring with 15 goals and 24 assists for 39 points in 26 games played this season while amassing only 8 minutes in penalties. Including non-conference and playoff games, the shifty pivot notched 23 goals with 26 helpers for 49 points in 37 contests to lead the Wolves in scoring for the second year in a row and for the third time in four seasons.

Brennen Dubchak recorded 8 goals and 10 assists for 18 points in OUA play, and tallied 20 points in his 33 total games played during his freshman year.
