Lakehead University and the Thunderwolves hockey program are pleased to announce that forward Nathan Cull will be joining the team.

The Thunder Bay native played for the Kingston Frontenacs and Sudbury Wolves during his four-year career in the OHL.

The 511, 180 pound forward is looking forward to his homecoming. Im extremely pleased and honoured to be playing for my hometown team, Nathan said. I cant wait to get the school year and the hockey season started. Im eager to play with a great group of guys and win some games in front of the Lakehead fans.

Wolves Head Coach Bill McDonald is pleased with the commitment of Cull. With Nathan, were adding another character player to our line-up, McDonald said. In his four years in the OHL, he showed that hes a gritty player and he skates well. That should help him develop into a good CIS hockey player in the years to come.
