The Thunderwolves open road trip with a big win over the TMU Bold 4-3 in OT.
The Wolves scored some highlight reel goals in the game tonight starting with a brilliant Tic Tac Toe goal from Kyle Auger finishing off a passing play involving Griffen Fox and Ben Badalamenti to open the scoring.
Lakehead increased their lead in the second as Captian Tyler Jette would poke the puckup to Stephen Fox who then poked it it up Ben Badalamenti whomade no mistake rifling a shot past TMU netminder Kia Edmonds.
Stphen Fox would go bar down on Edmonds in the third to increase the lead to three. But TMU would come to life when Ryan Wells and Jesse Barwell would find twine in a span of :48 seconds to cut the lead to one.
Before the end of the period Chris Playfair would snap a wrister past Lakehead netminder Max Wright to even the score at 3-3.
In OT Stephen Fox would find a streaking Griffen Fox who would put a laser past Kia Edmonds to give Lakehead the win.
