The Thunderwolves concluded their three game road trip by dropping a 2-1 OT decsion to the Laurier Golden Hawks.
The Wolves got on the board first when Kyle Auger pinched in and was feed by Griffen Fox and redirected it past Laurier netminder Matthew Dunsmoor.
Laurier would tie the game up with :21 seconds remaining in the second frame when Matt McJannet would beat a partially screened Cicigoi fromthe right faceoff circle.
The game would need OT to settle it. In OT Laurier would strike at the 4:21 mark when Ewe Benwell would streak down the right wing and wrist a shot past Cicigoi to seal the game for Laurier.
