Lakehead falls to RMC in hard fought game

Lakehead fought hard and out played RMC but fell short in front of 2108 fans.

Rmc would open the scoring just over 5 minuets into the game when Devon Leduc would wrist a shot past Max Wright glove side.

Lakehead would some great chance but Michael Davis would turn them aside.

The Wolves would finally get on the board late in the second when Nicholas DeGrazia would wrist home a rebound from a Van Unen shot to tie the game up.

In the third Lakehead had a great chance to take the lead but rang the puck off the crossbar and it skirted the goaline but stayed out and RMC would go the other way on a breakaway and Josh Spratt would deke around MAx Wright and just tuck it home to give the Paladins the late lead.

Devin Pimm woluld score into the empty net from his own end of the ice to put the game away 3-1.
