Lakehead came ready tonight and Max Wright was on his game in picking up the 2-0 win over Guelph.
Lakehead came out of the gate and got the quick goal tonight to open the scoring :30 in when Joe Mack would beat Wickware glove side.
Max Wright would be up to the task of shutting the door on Guelph in the first stopping all 11 shots he faced.
The second would see both teams get chances but again Max Wright would stonewall the Gryphons stopping all 9 shots he faced.
Tyler Ho would get his second of the weekend in the third finishing a pass from Nicholas DeGrazia to up the lead to 2-0.
Max Wright would be the difference maker in the game stopping all 27 shots he faced in picking up his 2nd shutout of the season.
