Lakehead will host the Concordia Stingers in Bronze Medal Game.
Lakehead will being facing a Concordia team that is coming off of a tough loss to the UQTR Patriotes in the Eastern Conference final.
Lakehead will look to rebound this Saturday after thier own heartbreaking loss to Windsor with a last chance opportunity to get to the University Cup in Charlottetown, PEI which begins on Thursday March 16 and runs until Sunday March 19th.
The last meeting between these to schools came back in October of 2019 saw Lakehead take both meetings by scores of 4-3 on October 8 and 5-4 in OT on October 9th.
The only members of the current Wolves roster that were on the team that last played against Concordia are: Kyle Auger, Greg Smith, Geoff Dempster, Tyler Jette, Troy Williams and Brock Aiken.
Lakehead is 7-3 all-time vs Concordia and have outscored them 42-31 in the 10 meetings.
Game time will be Saturday March 11 at 7pm.
