Lakehead to Host Queen's and RMC this weekend

Lakehead will host both Queen's and RMC this weekend.

The last time Lakehead played Queen's was Oct 23/24 of the 2015-16 season. Queen's won both match ups by scores of 3-2 and 4-1.

Historically the Wolves are 9-3 all time against Queen's and hold a scoring edge of 61-21 in those twelve game.

Queen's are led by league points leader Dalton Duhart with 13 goals and 22 assists for 35 points. As well Nolan Hutcheson with 13 goals and 13 assists for 26 points.

In net Christian Purboo is leading the way with a .926 save percentage and a 2.07 G.AA in 10 games.

The RMC Paladin's come to town on Saturday to face the Wolves for the first time since Oct 26/27 of the 2018-19 season. The WOlves won both of those meetings by scores of 4-3 and 4-2. Prior to this meeting the Wolves played RMC in Kingston in 2016 and won by scores of 2-1 and 1-0.

RMC is lead by Christopher Paquette and Austin Saint who both have 10 goals and 13 assists for 23 pts.

In net for RMC the duty is split between Michael Davis (5.35 G.AA and a .855 save percentage) and Joe Ingram-Chambers(4.46 G.AA and a .882 Save percentage).

Game times for both nights are 7pm.
