(THUNDER BAY) - Pete Belliveau, Head Coach of the Lakehead University Thunderwolves Men's Hockey Team announced today the appointment of Darrin Nicholas as Assistant Coach. He will be replacing Malcolm Sutherland who has resigned due to family committments.
Nicholas has extensive coaching experience at the minor and Junior levels, and also served as a scout for the OHL's Sudbury Wolves.
"We very happy to add Darrin to our coaching staff, his hard work and diligent commitment will make our program that much better," said Coach Belliveau. "We would like to thank Malcolm Sutherland for his contribution to our program and wish him all the best in the future."
