Thunderwolves Ranked #3 in Canada

The Lakehead University Thunderwolves were ranked No. 3 in this week's first CIS Top Ten Poll. This is the first time that the Thunderwolves have cracked the Top Ten Poll. The Thunderwolves received 69 points in the voting system, as well as one First Place vote.

Voting is based on a 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 basis with a 1st place vote receiving 10 points. The CIS Mens Ice Hockey Top Ten Committee is made up of 11 members from across Canada.
