Lakehead University Athletics and the Thunderwolves Hockey team announced today that effective immediately, sophomore forward Thomas Frazee has been released from the team.
A native of Vancouver, B.C., Frazee joined the Thunderwolves at the mid-way point of last season after playing the first half of the year as a pro with Bakersfield in the East Coast Hockey League.
Lakeheads Athletic Director Tom Warden felt that this was a decision that needed to be made. We feel that this decision is in the best interest of our hockey team, Warden said. We wish Thomas well in his future endeavours.
