The Lakehead Thunderwolves hockey team will be helping to fight the battle against breast cancer this weekend.
On Sunday, October 30 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm, some of the hockey players will be at each of the three Safeway stores in town Arthur Street, Dawson Road and Court Street.
For a voluntary donation benefitting breast cancer research, the Wolves will gladly bag the groceries of Safeway customers. And they promise not to put your eggs on the bottom.
